Last week I had the pleasure to read Todd Zaki Warfel’s “Prototyping – A Practitioner’s Guide”. This particular book makes no exceptions and even goes further with hands on review and advices of prototyping methods and approaches.
“Card Sorting” is short, easy to read and with a good flow of steps and answers to questions you might have book. It walks you through each step of the process with no wandering around. So if you are a UXer, an agency employee or simply a digital marketer, do get a copy!
It walks you through the core of information architecture (also called IA). The beauty about it, is that it does not make any assumptions that you know what IA actually means. It just starts from scratch.
“The Social Media Management Handbook” offers some great ideas on how it fits your organization and which purposes you should be considering it for. “Ideas generation” is the keyword here. Whether it is about Social CRM, policies, strategies or many other things, I am sure you will get plenty to ponder on.
What Peter Merholz and Brandon Schauer did in their book “Subject to Change” is getting things straight through examples and basic notions/steps when it comes to product and service design. A compelling walk through ideas and shared experience.
