What Peter Merholz and Brandon Schauer did in their book “Subject to Change” is getting things straight through examples and basic notions/steps when it comes to product and service design. A compelling walk through ideas and shared experience.
The book’s content promises to take you through the basic principles, the craft of content strategy, the tools and techniques and how to get it. And it delivers, at least on the basic level. Naturally, one will need to dig deeper, but this is not the purpose of “The Elements of Content Strategy”. The goal is to get you started.
I have just finished “Made to Stick” by Chip & Dan Heath. I must say that I have enjoyed and learned a great deal for this book. In my humble opinion this is a book that every marketer, communication specialist and people, which business is involving with other people, need to read carefully.
