“The Social Media Management Handbook” offers some great ideas on how it fits your organization and which purposes you should be considering it for. “Ideas generation” is the keyword here. Whether it is about Social CRM, policies, strategies or many other things, I am sure you will get plenty to ponder on.

Short reviews of books I read and I found interesting or not.
Subject To Change – The Book
What Peter Merholz and Brandon Schauer did in their book “Subject to Change” is getting things straight through examples and basic notions/steps when it comes to product and service design. A compelling walk through ideas and shared experience.
The Elements of Content Strategy – The Book
The book’s content promises to take you through the basic principles, the craft of content strategy, the tools and techniques and how to get it. And it delivers, at least on the basic level. Naturally, one will need to dig deeper, but this is not the purpose of “The Elements of Content Strategy”. The goal is to get you started.
Neuro Web Design – The Book
“Neuro Web Design” is a short book packed with knowledge and hints on the psychological side behind the click. It reads very easy and fast. I would say that it can be read within a 3-4 hour flight (including the time you take for the meal and going to the refreshment zone).
Content Rules – The Book
Kirstina Halvorson took a serious stand in her book “Content Strategy for the Web” and now Anne Handley and C.C. Chapman took matters further with the publishing of a wonderful how-to book on this topic. So, if you have any doubts, questions or just wondering how to make sense of your content (customer and user wise), this is definitely the book to read.
